Four regional Alliance members presented at the monthly meeting of the Suburban Chicago Planned Giving Council on Wednesday, September 17th.
Sharon Stredde (CF of Fox River Valley), David McGowan (DuPage CF), Mike Trench (CF of Will County), and Julie Buck (CF of Grundy County) addressed an audience of 50 non-profits and professional advisors.
The panel answered questions about philanthropy in rural areas, the relationship between CFs and NPs, tips for professional advisors, types of gifts, endowments, and our vision for the future of philanthropy.
Tom Fogerty of The Heartland Group moderated the panel.
