Benefits of Membership
The Alliance hosts a conference call on the 4th Friday of each month. Topics range from operations, to marketing, to boards, to community issues. Each month's topic is announced through the Alliance Listserv.
The Alliance archives files in Dropbox for members' use, including past board decisions and other legal documents.
The Alliance Marketing Committee maintains a folder full of marketing materials from members that others can access and copy for their own use. No reason to start from scratch each time!
The Alliance meets face-to-face three times a year for a business meeting, networking, and community issue conversations. Gatherings are moved around the state so that members get a chance to host and show off their community.
The collective wisdom of the entire membership of the Alliance is a valuable and powerful source of information and support. Members can take advantage of this benefit by signing up for the AICF Member ListServe resource. It's an email group where members may post questions to all participants, when looking for input on any subject related to Community Foundations. Once a CF joins AICF, password access is given to the ListServe.
